It's a good phone for the price. And feels like it's got better build quality than the SU6, with a better camera (from personal experience). The Honor 5X is getting updated to Marshmallow, with a beta test currently underway. Also, the battery life is also more than decent. As mentioned in a previous post, with some patience, it is possible to pick one up for £149 from ebuyer/amazon, it just depends when Honor runs a promotion.

Like the beta test for Marshmallow for the Honor 7, which has been going since December. Dunno if it will ever get there!

Good phone, definitely feels better quality than the SU6 and has extra features. SU6 is still a brilliant phone but just not comparable in my view. Price is a good deal as i've only seen it for 149 shortly after release. If you are patient and can wait for the cheaper price then its worth the wait. if not, you are getting a good phone for the money. Voting hot.

Obviously depends how much it is used. On standby mine has more than 10 day battery life.

Obviously I was only joking... If you leave your phone on standby it's not really a good indication of battery life for normal usage nor would I recommend spending £169+ on a phone that remains on standby

Not 100% sure, but I think the final version roller out a bit ago for the Honor 7?
