surely to god they cud have just charged full price and used anything over £9 to go out and buy the food and probably get alot more, I can see alot of beans happening here but good effort. heat

It's a way of getting people through the door at a (probably) quiet time of year.
Gullivers benefits with footfall and the food banks benefit too. A decent compromise.
