Don't sell on ebay if that is what you feel.

Gosh some folks who claim to be running businesses are quite clearly ignorant of the law in this country and are frankly spouting total tripe. It's quite worrying.

ebay is not what it used to be. won't to get good deals when I first started using in 2005 onwards but now it's just companies mainly and selling is a joke with fees etc. . I just stick stuff on Gumtree now

I've actually found that since eBay reduced the fees for minimum price, it is a lot harder to get a bargain than previous years as sellers and items seem to sell for more money.

You must be one of 'those' sellers.
I bought a part for a car from a business, the deal fell through for the car I was buying and I returned the item through ebay's system, 2 hours later I get a really snotty email about how I destroyed his seller rating and he doesn't want to deal with me again.
I replied I was entitled to a refund as it was a BIN product and he is a business and proceeded to leave negative feedback for his attitude.
