Not actually seen these before but seem to have found their way to the chopping block at Asda. Should be a national price, as part of as big clearout in the chocolate/sweet section Asda are currently doing. So well worth a check instore
Got these from the Golborne store, was many other things on clearance from as little as 5p (Maom chew bar).

A Rolo has been a Rolo for hundreds of years and everyone was happy. Why start messing with it now? Today's kids demand everything instantly available the exact way they expect it, this is Rolo's reaction I suppose? Doubt they will taste as good as the proper ones.

It's not the demanding kids which bring this sort of thing about. It's the weak parents of today's generation of demanding kids who can't control their kid's behaviour and appease them so that other weak parents agree that they are good parents. Companies have always brought out 'new recipe this' and 'now with added that'. It's the parents who are paying for it directly or indirectly from the indulgent amounts of cash they gift their kids to keep them quiet. Pocket money used to be the small change a kid might have in their pocket if they were good. "BUT I WANT IT!!!!!" sure does rake the money in.

That just seems like a round Munchies to me. Let Munchies be Munchies and Rolos be Rolos. Stop hybridising confectionery.

Oh dear, they're all out today. Someone actually buys toffee crisp bites. Just get proper toffee crisp bars (often only £1 for 4) and bite it into manageable prices with your teeth. More new fangled inventions for the PlayStation generation. It used to be that a new chocolate bar was actually innovative, like when Wispa and Twirl came out.

I did start by saying "It's not the demanding kids which bring this sort of thing about."
