If you're looking for decency then why doesn't the SF website mention that their 'update' was based on feedback from the Flyertalk website.
'The deals nobody else knows about'? I think not.

Most of SF comes from Flyertalk and the various forums across there, and they have previously posted some of my flight deals too!
