Fair warning, while you are within your rights to request replacement if item is faulty - Amazon are know for banning people for too many returns. Might be worth considering a refund if you keep having problems.

Not so long I was asking people what do they think about BB Passport and decided to buy used from Amazon Warehouse. I currently own 7th !!! BB Passport because I had to return previous 6 for screen coming off !

These are seller refurbished units for sure because after BB gets hot poorly re-applied screen tape can't hold the glue.
It is ok when normal use but after an hour of constant using it will get hot.

I am currently using this seventh "used-refurbished" unit and will swap it again because again I am starting to have problems and probably will grab silver edition if they have one at similar price or maybe will get lucky and this time I will get unit that was returned because of unusual look - not damaged.

Phone is great and BB Passport is awesome for my use. Also in 10 minutes you can make flash working on websites and if needed also to play just sound with switched off screen. And a lot more ...
Best phone I owned.

If you spend less than 2 hours on YouTube a day not watching PiewDiePie or Jackscepticeye then this phone is for you.
Because it is a masterpiece. But for rest people Sammy or Apple is advised.
Just good luck with getting nice phone.

BTW : I always write on a box if unit is damaged so if under one of labels you will find word "damaged" it means I had it before and returned.

Not in risk really because I am ordering from my brothers account and he is spending 4k+ a month on Amazon and he have only 1-5 returns a year.Except this time.

No one knows Amazons criteria for banning people. They will ban everyone living at the same address and cancel any gift card balances.

I am now only returning items as a last resort. If I can get my money back by selling on ebay, I will do that.
