I had brilliant results from using the during and after pregnancy. So unless you've used it and haven't had results you comments are irrelevant and annoying

Your anecdote is irrelevant. :P
That just stating what the evidence suggests and the NHS website gives similar advice. Just because you noticed an effect after you used something doesn't mean that the something caused it. This product relies on this way of thinking and anecdotes such as yours. There is nothing in particular in this product that can cause the effects it suggests or separate it from any other moisturiser.
