Even though this laptop has a 4th gen i7 CPU, it still seems like a good price for an UHD screen, 8GB RAM and SSD laptop. There are currently 9 available at this price in 'Very Good' condition.

Yeah, quite a few people are complaining about driver issues but I guess you can only hope that the issues have been rectified since then... A lot of those reviews are over a year old.
If it does have issues then returning the laptop should be fairly straightforward as it's sold by Amazon Warehouse.

4th generation processor, that means it was at least 2 years old.

Whilst the CPU is 2 years old, it's impossible to tell how old these laptops are in terms of usage. Amazon are still selling laptops with 4th gen processors which are listed as 'new'.

Had Asus Zenbook, it was faulty and believe me Asus and Currys customer service is extremely appalling. Even under 5 months, I am having problems with laptop and customer services both. Genuine advice don't buy Asus. With this price go for Toshiba or HP.
