Limited availability but if you can get a crossing you want then great value break, works out similar to The Sun holidays because most of the french parks don't use entertainment passes. Worth a look for a late deal.

I get what you are saying but this makes it just as cheap as a regular holiday!

until the law changes you can still get fined, and the LEA may still take you to court, the guy got £38,000 in donations to fight his case, are you confident you would get those funds as well?

Those PPI guys will be all over this. I can hear it already "did you get fined by your school? Call us, no win no fees!"

You can get fined, but you don't have to pay. Schools trying to enforce fines for those with a child with over 90% attendance are not going to risk court after this precedent has been set...

The words used in the law will be modified, and they'll change then so that things will become ironclad. It's a loophole that will be closed sooner rather than later...

Probably correct,
although that could take some time

Probably correct,
although as we all know, some teachers and schools think that they know best, and will undoubtdly try it on with some parents.

I bet holiday companies all added a hundred pounds to every holiday near the school holidays after the ruling in anticipation of demand increase.

Looks great value for a half term break

That's what I thought. It worked out about the same to book the whole holiday through brittany ferries as just a crossing with no accommodation.

Where is the mention of the "French Mobile Home"? It only links to the ferry crossing. Is this the link to the deal? Deal

Thanks... Don't quite know what happened there! I have thought I edited the deal with the correct link but doesn't seem to work.
