Great offer, but dismally poorly handled by ebay. Got my code late on 2 June, but 2 days too late for the £150 purchase that I didn't dare wait any longer to make (item was going out of stock).

So far from making me have a warm glow about ebay, it now feels like their rubbish admin cost me £15. Probably not the desired effect.

I didnt have a email or it does not show at check out for me but when you are on the item you want to buy and look under the add to basket should be the voucher code and asks you to enter it at checkout.

I think immediate payment was required and I wanted to use the 10x Nectar points and 4% topcashback offers that expired on Monday. I wasn't sure if the voucher would definitely come as I signed up a while ago at the start of the promotion and had heard nothing until tonight.

Just be patient - eBay have always been very generous with their customers (I seem to recall they gave us all 20% discount a few months back)

Just spoke to an eBay representative telling him about this promotion and asking when I will get my voucher. He said they do not have such a promotion right now.

Probably expired because it's more of a heads up until codes start being released.

It shouldn't take days to process a code. Any decent company would have a system in place where it can generate a code within a few seconds and send to a user. eBay just has an awful track record.
