It shouldn't take days to process a code. Any decent company would have a system in place where it can generate a code within a few seconds and send to a user. eBay just has an awful track record.

Just be patient - eBay have always been very generous with their customers (I seem to recall they gave us all 20% discount a few months back)

Remember they did state vouchers would be sent out within 10 days, and we are still well within that time-frame.

I didnt have a email or it does not show at check out for me but when you are on the item you want to buy and look under the add to basket should be the voucher code and asks you to enter it at checkout.

Great offer, but dismally poorly handled by ebay. Got my code late on 2 June, but 2 days too late for the £150 purchase that I didn't dare wait any longer to make (item was going out of stock).
