Surprisingly let's you take it to checkout although it states 'Sorry, we can not deliver this product in the UK - Main Island' on the page. Also worth noting the 1-2 month lead time on it.
Apart from those potential deal breaking minors. Heat added

To be honest it usually throws you out way before checkout if shipping is an issue. No charge until dispatch, so nothing ventured...

U have to buy direct from Amazon.fr and not a Amazon seller. Got all the way to the end of the order before confirming.

Fir existing Xbox One user the elite console is not worth the extra to upgrade to. I have the controller and that definitely is, I love it.
The problem with the elite console, is that the Xbox uses SATA 2 on its motherboard which is a max transfer rate of 3Gbps. Whereas with the USB 3.0 ports that it luckily supports have a transfer rate of 5Gbps, so your better of using an SSHD or SSD in an enclosure plugged in through USB. And then buying the controller separately.
Obviously this is still a good price for people wanting the console to start with.

This includes the Elite controller (£120 alone) and has a 1TB SSHD (Solid State Hybrid Drive) vs the standard 500GB/1TB HDD (Hard Disk Drive)
