Seems like a great deal on Xbox one with access to EA's back catalogue to get you started. FIFA 16 is available on there from April 19th I believe.

If negative feedback has been left, or your message is of a rude or aggressive nature, we will not be able to help solve your issue.
This is written on the retailers support section, is this even legal?

In the planet of 'eBay' these are the rules for survival, haha.

The statement is absolutely fine.
If you are a buyer or seller on ebay, the first thing that you should be is considerate.
Sometimes the courier company messes it up or the buyer is not at home to receive the item and they leave a negative feedback. How unfair is that?
I completely understand why the statement is there and am fully confident that a seller with so high rating will provide an excellent service regardless.
HOT for the deal :-)

Super hot if you are a sports fan. Joking aside, EA Access offers considerable value for money, pair this with a years Xbox Live and the Games With Gold and you won't have to buy an more games for ages so this is hot hot hot.

Within the context of the eBay listing, it isn't, as you have statutory protection through PayPal with which this listing complies.
Basically, if you act like a complete **** then they're not gonna go above and beyond to help you. You'd just have to deal with PayPal or go down SOGA route. If you're civil, then all is well.
Just look at their feedback - they sound more than fine.
As someone who has been an eBay trader on and off myself over the last twelve years, I'm totally with the seller on this one. The feedback system is fundamentally skewed on eBay towards buyers. They can hold sellers over a barrel with it.
Great deal from me. Heat

Actually that is incorrect, as negative feedback has no effect on sellers at all now. The main thing for top rated seller bonus is on time delivery rate.

Have you seriously just written that negative feedback has no effect on sellers?

The way I interpret that is that they're asking customers for a chance to resolve any issues before they cast judgement which I think is fair.
