I'm tempted - although my Bosch one works well it's only two slice and the slots aren't long enough, so often I'm losing bits of toast as I pull it out.

I had the black one as I have the matching kettle. I had three replacements after half of the toaster failed, same fault each time. Got a refund in the end. It is quite big if space is of a premium in your kitchen.

A LOT of the older comments warned that two of its slots stopped working after a few months. That put me off. Thanks all the same for the effort in sharing.

Great price for Waring - I'm pretty sure these are quite generously sized too, unlike many toasters nowadays!

Keep your receipt! A lovely big toaster but have a tendency to toast unevenly and mine blew after 6 months! Expected better.

I nearly bought a Waring when I was looking for a toaster that would do Scottish Plain slices - seeing as they're used in the catering trade (?). I know this is a consumer model though. Surprised they seem so unreliable, would have expected better!

I think its hit and miss! some people have no issues what so ever.. and a few seem to have a similar problem.. may have been a bad batch, but i've had nothing wrong so far with mine, had it approx 3 weeks. (annoyingly bought full price and camelcamelcamel gave me the good news it was half price :smirk: )
