Will drop by & have a look if they includes the blue (normal) or green (thick) ones.

Aldi and Lidl sell toastie bread for 45p.
They also do brown toastie bread as well,whereas Warburtons only come in white.
I find that Aldi/Lidi bread hasn't got much taste to it,whereas Warburtons bread smells and tastes more of bread.
Waitrose's Yorkshire champion bread is also very nice but that is £1.50!!
For 50p Iceland Warburtons is a deal.:smiley:

Cracking price : I used to eat this all the time 1.50 a loaf you never saw a deal on it cracking bread but recently seen the price drop and the quality, I think it go's stale quick and is more doughy , also warburtons is a big supporter of the tory party , only reason to buy it 50p I would say co op own brand toastie lasts longer and nice bread it is more expensive for this 1 week but 75p standard price .

Someone I know worked for Kingsmill (Allied), he told me that it only costs about 5p to make a loaf, and they sell it to employees for about 15p - so you can imagine the mark up supermarkets are raking in!
