Good price, now if one of you lovely people wouldn't mind digging the hole in my garden I wouldn't say no to a pear tree if they have one  torn a muscle and don't like to miss a good deal for my garden, think I could fit one more in next to my apple tree

Great price but bear in mind these will take years to fruit.

Cheap fruit trees (even at Wilko's regular £7) are a gamble. Might not be what it says, might even just be rootstock if the graft failed (had one like that a few years ago), might be diseased and probably won't have come from a UK nursery. And you won't find out if it's rubbish for a year or two! A fruit tree should last for decades and unless you're buying dozens it really is worth paying good money for a decent tree from a decent nursery.
