This seems a decent price, if you're into Far Cry games.
As is often the case with CDKeys, it's actually cheaper to pay in Euros and let PayPal deal with the conversion to GBP.
It will be even cheaper if you have a credit card which doesn't charge for foreign currency transactions as PayPal's conversion rate isn't that great. At the time of writing, €20.89 is actually worth £16.67.

I can imagine that game may be boring after couple of hours. Story in ancient language? No weapons? Killing animals for fun? No multiplayer? That's why the price goes down quickly.

Assuming you mean from CDKeys, it isn't. After the 5% code has been applied the special edition version is £21.84 in GBP and €25.64/£21.38 (PayPal conversion) in Euros. It'd be £20.45 if you had a zero foreign transaction fee credit card.

Nice, thanks for the post and tip on Euros working out cheaper. I guess the exchange rate has become more favourable in the past few hours as this came out at £17.31 for me just now.

Nah, CDKeys GBP to Euros conversion is often awful. You can fairly regularly find stuff that's, for example, 20 Euros or 22 GBP, despite Euros having never been worth more than GBP.
I don't know why they're so bad at converting Euros to GBP, it's not exactly difficult to work it out accurately. The really daft thing is that they manage to convert prices properly sometimes, other times they fail miserably.

Love this game - no guns but I preferred the bow n arrow concept as you can see the arrow stick in their head
