Yeah they are quite sweet. But seeing as they retail for £3 in b&m / home bargains (£5 in tesco) I think it's a bit of a steal
Dated July so no rush to eat. All that sugar has cured it probably

Aye, lad - but people go into this knowing these are a bit of a crazy mad nonsense that you'll try and then grimace it. It's not like people buying gash like coconut oil thinking it's healthy when it's diabolical. Heat for this deal even though it's unhealthy but knowingly so.

I got a box from B&M last year. I'd always been so curious about those, I wanted to try them.
I had one.
I've never felt such an overwhelming disappointement in humanity. People like that?
I can't even describe it to do it justice. It's like biting into a washing-up sponge that's been soaked in syrup for 3 months. The filling is so distant from what you could call cream that it's indescribable. I've had better tasting toothpaste.
Please, do not buy. And if you do, in a moment of madness such as mine, do not eat more than one. Not that you will want to.

I remember my sister & family bringing these back from their Florida holiday and being very excited for my kids as they were what "all Americans love",............. and they hated them - far too sweet!!!!! Just pure, badly tasting sugar

Yummy...
Beef dripping, high fructose corn syrup and various partially hydrogenated fats etc
More American junk food finding its way on to our shelves.
No wonder we're all getting as fat as them.

Totally agree, I tried them last year for the first time, thought they were vastly overpriced at £2.99 for 10, but fell for all the hype I've been fed from American TV for years. Horrid horrid things.

Just curious folks above who didn't enjoy their Twinkie experience, have you tried Krispy Kreme? What did you think of those? I like traditional jam donuts but found Krispy Kreme too sweet and artificial. None the less they're v.popular with (London) city office workers.

If you find Krispy Kreme too sweet then you'll find twinkies are too sweet.
