These are pretty nifty, especially if you're starting out if you don't want to rage the neighbours. These only work with iOS based devices so if you're after something for Android, the iRig 2 might be more suitable, but is a lot more expensive.
They were cheaper a while back on Banggood, but haven't been back in stock since.

got mine, too - works fine on iphone 5
I haven't had a proper play with it yet, but the free AmpliTube app is very limited (single amp with adjustable treble/bass and gain, and after a free registration received a free delay pedal effect)
Does anyone known how to unlock other effects, amps, etc without breaking the bank? The software is potentially really good (various drum patterns/fills/styles, looping) but it would be insanely expensive to unlock all the features.......better off with my Korg Pandora

I find it works brilliantly with GarageBand. Loads of amps and effects built in too, and it's only £3.99.

Min arrived today works fine with my Iphone 6 , tried on IPad Air and Air 2 and no issues - works fine with garageband and Amplitube, packing on mine seemed ok , haven't seen one in the UK so nothing to compare with.

Arrived today can't get it to work properly with iPad air2, packaging looks fake, could be fake?!
Why that is illegal here (this comment was moderated before they allowed it - I know because I posted it)
And, definitely invalid too here (this could've been moderated too, but someone else posted it)

I ordered a pair as gifts and they arrive this morning. Having bought an official UK iRigHD some time back, the packaging appears authentic in comparison. Info on the case describes earlier apple devices (up to iPad 2 and iPhone 4), but as this is headphone based, don't think it'll be an issue. Guessing this is shifting old stock.

Well said, I have been losing confidence lately and have started to look for alternatives. I miss the community spirit that built this place. But its all about the money now!

Don't know as I've purchased a lot of e cigarette items from Gear Best and Fast Tech. They usually state authentic in the listing if you want either an original or as near as damn it! The problem is the Chinese fake everything and it would be hard to know what is real or fake. Smoke and mirrors, in fact the eleaf fakes that fast tech sell have a scratch off authenticity box that will come up on the site as a genuine code however it will show that it has been entered a thousand times!! Haha, and the authentic eleaf ones they sell have the authentic scratch off code removed due to
the fact that eleaf and Kangertech and the likes (apparantly) not wanting to sell their item!!! SMOKE AND MIRRORS=CHINA=HUKD

 welcome to the wonderful world of the modern internet experience mate...
every. single. mofo out there is only ever out for whatever they can grab at. it's the modern way.
who the hell knows
the people who have been shouting "fake" seem to have bought them from a completely different site, so can't imagine that applies to this deal.
or it might, because some people seem to think that every site that says 'ships from HK' is essentially the same, and basically therefore everything is fake

I had a similar experience. try checking the company's financial records, I did and turns out they weren't too good, I'm guessing this is the reason my deal was removed. hukd support would not disclose.

If there's money to be made!! They don't care!! I put a post the other day for a lawnmower I was going to buy from a UK site, it was taken down immediately due to the site not being approved by Hukd. Apparently it didn't meet their requirements, couldn't understand how a UK based seller with legitimate credentials who have been trading for many years on Amazon as well did not meet their requirements.
It really is a sorry state of affairs what this site has become. They ban people as soon as they speak up! It only promotes affiliates that are kicking back some money.

best alternative for android?

It does work (badly) with Android. The AmpliTube app from IK Multimedia is restrictive, requires registration and in-app purchases to be worthwhile. Alternative apps like Andrig Guitar Amp and Guitar effects give more free content, but doesn't look as nice. Still has an annoying delay.

As authentic as a £3 note. :disappointed:
They come in printed boxes and do have iRig stamped on them. Couldn't be bothered to pay for Amplitube in-app purchases to try this, but even in demo mode the output was dodgy. There would be no sound, or sound from one or other earphone depending on how you twiddled about with the jack socket.

I bought one of these a while back. It works with Android, but is laggy with any Android below 5 I think. I'll have a quick test tonight and see what I find, but it definitely worked with Android when I tried last year.

I bought one of these for considerably more. Haven't used in years but I think it was about a half a second lag/delay pluck and play.
Maybe I got a duff, but would be interested to see how these perform.
