Hi - I bought from them in the last sale which was identical to this one. I am borderline L/XL and bought some stuff in either size. Amusingly some XLs fitted whilst others were too big and some Ls were fine whilst others too small (I bought 14-15 items all told) - no doubt due to being from different suppliers. I didn't remove any labels and re-folded and re-bagged the stuff I wanted to return (a coat and 3 jumpers). I had to pay £3.99 for the return postage and a further £2.49 for the outbound (or else it was a further unadvertised charge on the return itself). However the items that came back were fine. At the end of the day I'd saved loads at the outset so wasn't too unhappy - hope that all helps.

Not true for me either. I have bought 5 Items so far. I have had a problem with 1 item where the shorts have changed colour. Flipflops. 2 polos and a hoodie have all been fine. Ideal for the pub or holiday wear. Its cheap but I've been happy with what I have purchased overall

Got two items in my basket that total over £30 but can't seem to select anything other than next day delivery at £5
returns are at a cost of £3.50 which is deducted from your refund total as prepaid labels are provided.
