Good price, but potentially v expensive for an item with effectively no warranty, plus not only is there the potential of being hit for VAT-related import fee (VAT + handling fee = total circa £35) but the price is precariously close to £135 Customs Duty threshold, esp if Customs randomly decide the price is calc'd including currency conversion fees and / or refuse to consider the discount voucher. Difficult decision. https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty
Alternatively the Onda V919 Air CH Windows 10 (GOLD 4GB RAM 64GB ROM 9.7 inch QXGA IPS Retina Screen Intel Cherry Trail Z8300 64bit Quad Core 1.44GHz Cameras Bluetooth 4.0) is still available from China at £128.07 http://www.gearbest.com/tablet-pcs/pp_261205.html

Chris at TechTablets (in the Youtube video at 0:41 https://youtu.be/4GENwG90Y_k?t=41 ) says the parcel has a declaration on it for $21 US and there were no taxes, but I have no experience of buying from Gearbest.
Edit: Woops, it's actually from Banggood, but Gearbest do the same.

wouldn't mind getting one but taking risk of getting hit with customs. thought customs was just £18 ?
Seller will habitually state low value on the parcel's external customs sticker, but if customs decide to check contents it would not take a genuius to realise that a tablet is worth more than 21USD. Customs staff are unlikely to spend ages researching how much the item costs, but if they visit Gearbest website they will see non-discounted cost of 141GBP and charge import/customs fees accordingly. Suppose there may be an appeal process, but already it sounds like incredible hassle.
