The card has a code printed on our that you can redeem in the eShop on the console - then you just download as usual.

Is this game worth buying. I bought Star Fox Zero on it's own for £26 so I was wondering if it would be worth selling that and buying the full £40 set?

With the first print edition you get star fox guard on a disc and it's the only way you'll ever get it in a physical format...plus you get a steelbook cover...Also there will be limited prints of the first print edition available, so once it's gone, it's gone...

I'm pretty sure SF Guard is only £8.99 to download from the shop if you already have SF Zero. I'm happy with that.

The standard SF0 has a demo of guard. Just click on the robot in the right corner on the start screen. The demo has quite a few levels.

Only the US first print edition you get starfox guard on disc. We in the UK still get the crappy download card in the first print edition, waste of a plastic case.

I can confirm we get a physical disc. I have the first print and it has a nice disc for Star Fox Guard :smiley:
