Not sure... I could guess that maybe the pens chosen are alcohol based, and this might have mailing restrictions to your destination....

Amazon drive me nuts regarding items that cannot be delivered no N.Ireland. In the past I've tried to order felt tip pens, nail varnish, spirits, paint and tons of other types of DIY and household products and it flags up that they cannot deliver to my address.
Even if your a Prime member it doesn't help. I know it's postal restrictions, but I do feel like we're being discriminated against even though we're part of the UK.. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.
