I know this has been posted a few times in the last couple of weeks or so but it dropped down to £499 which includes a 6 year warranty.

Had a 38" HD ready Samsung for years in the lounge, now relegated.Loved the style and ease of menu use. I now have a Sony full HD, nothing wrong with the tele, apart from non Vesa wall mount but the menu system drives me to distraction. Want to reserve a programme, 5 button pushes before you can backout of the menu, Samsung, 2. Sony,no Previouis Channel Button on the remote. Infuriating. All small beer stuff, but annoying. Heated.

I've got the 40" model which I bought for £350. fantastic tv. picture is superb, 4k (via YouTube and Amazon) stunning. sound is so so, but I've set it the way I like it. sound through sound bar is excellent, but I only like to use the sound bar when watching films.
