It'll be even cheaper if you have a credit card, such as the Halifax Clarity, which doesn't charge conversion fees for purchases made in foreign currencies. At the time of writing €22.79 (the Euro price with the 5% code applied) is actually worth £17.76.
Stuff ending up cheaper in when paying in Euros, even through PayPal, is fairly common on CDKeys. It's definitely worth checking before you buy anything.
