Hasn't been on plus yet I believe. And they dont usually put them on ps plus after a sale because that's a bit of a dick move

Every PS Plus thread announcing the new games for the month is always full of people complaining that they've just bought them in the sale! I think there was a big rumour about Octodad a few months ago or some fake leak that it was coming to ps plus but never did which is probably what you are thinking of?

I wasn't thinking of anything in particular just that several PS Plus games have been on sale just before getting included in the IGC.
