I've been on two journeys with National Express. Each were 9 hours long: one to London and another to Inverness. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with them again. Never had a single problem. They stop at services for toilets and refreshments. I think a lot of people are awfully poncey with regards to wanting luxuries. I'm 6"0 and I found the leg room sufficient. Yeah, they hurt after a few hours. So? Get out at the next stop, stretch them, and stop whinging.
