Code: LEXHK20
Takes the price from £24.99 down to £19.99
**Speeds up to 150MB/s read & 60MB/s write**
These sort of specs are probably about right around the £22.50 - £25 mark. With the code I think this is pretty good though. Obviously backwards compatible (If you're not sure) Price includes delivery right to your door... or mine if you fancy sending an early birthday gift ;)
Store and Transfer Content Faster.
With a busy life on the go and so much to do, the last thing you want is to spend extra time waiting for your files to transfer. The drive delivers speeds up to 150MB/s read and 60MB/s write. You can quickly transfer a 3GB HD movie clip in less than 1 minute, compared to the 4 minutes it takes using a standard USB 2.0 drive. And for added versatility, the drive is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 devices.

I totally disagree. Knowing a previous price could change people from buying something. An example: an item at a regular price of £20, now its at £16 (20% off) some people would think nice deal. But if previously its was at £10 things change. For people that doens't want to wait it's fine, but there might be some people willing to wait to see it at its lowest price again.

Well I'm so sick to death of people disregarding previous prices. I agree that a deal shouldn't be voted cold just because it was cheaper in the past but if it has been reduced then it's good to know as some items get reduced frequently. If I can afford to wait then that's what I'll do. I know for a quid it's not worth deliberating over but it still gives an idea of potential price drops.

Throwing a tantrum about it isn't the answer, either !

I think in the right context, it's fine. I'm all for knowing if it is the "best" deal available currently and as a qualification, knowing how it compares to the best deal over a period of time.
It helps you qualify how much of a bargain something is.
In this context, £1 is just over 5% so not a big percentage difference and not a bank breaking value difference.
Bottom line: Voted hot

A very good price, whatever, I think for this size and usb3 but 'up to' is virtually meaningless unless someone has done some tests on this drive

Being one of hukd's unofficial geeks, this is what have had/get with them :man:
Brilliant price Neo, great for moving stuff around to watch on non smart or wifi connected devices
and the read and write are pretty accurate..
MyMemory are one of our favourite suppliers and always try and use them, or at least refer
them to everyone when they have a deal on something popular! Lovely on-line live chat via
Jersey [always sunny!] hours, polite emails when you need them and great prices..
Only downside [and lexar have been asked/polled/told] is the silly fat pcb board that makes it
nearly impossible to plug in on most laptops/netbooks with more than one usb3 next to each
other on the main board.. if they got shot of the design error, this would have sold a lot more
than it has worldwide ;-)
