I don't need this nor will I be buying one, but it looks pretty decent spec all in one PC with the bonus of being portable using the built in battery. Free delivery from Save On Laptops. Was £899.97. It would get the free update to Windows 10.

It would definitely have option of mains power, otherwise how would you charge it.

All I can say to that is WOW, WOW, and WOWWW!!, always dreamed that such a baby like a decent TV-Sized Android TV would be made one day?, its got me into a few rounds of Mrs. Doubtfire hot flushes & the like?, hehehe.
Thanx for that, I'm glad I put my previous link up there now, as I totally missed the one that you then put back up in return ..... lol. :-)

Why are they making machines with 4th gen processors? this with a skylake i5 would be much more attractive, mostly because of the longer battery life.

About 2 years ago, I bought an HP Slate 21" tablet. Idea was to put it in the kitchen and basically stream TV to it. Within 2 months the BT app was unsupported so couldn't watch that even via browser as Silverlight won't play either. Signed up for Sky Go. That app only shows 1/3rd of the picture. ITVPlayer isn't supported. All I can see really is BBC iPlayer and FilmOnTV. So this is tempting.... but at £400 a bit too much really. I'll just buy a TV and a firestick I thinks.

performance wise how would this handle everyday tasks? my wife would like an office area and think this would suit better than getting a tower, monitor etc...sort of covers all bases.

I don't think performance would be an issue for everyday tasks (I assume you mean spreadsheets, wp, email etc which would all be fine).
