Recommended building age is 5-12. Respectfully, unless you build it for them, with glue, it'll get destroyed in a day or worse, partly digested. Good price though OP, spoilt by postage.

Good set but definitely not one to play with ours sits on display it falls apart easily my boys are 6 n 3.5

Very good price. My 6 year old has this, which I built for him, & it now sits in the cupboard in a few pieces. It does fall apart slight easily. Good set all the same.

TIP: I got this set for my kids. It's a bit fiddly to assemble - and once built isn't particularly sturdy for younger kid's hands. I'm regularly having to re-build it as the trailer aspect keeps falling apart. In fact it's currently sat on a table ready to be re-assembled again. In my experience of building LEGO sets (since I was a kid some 30+ years ago) I can't remember a set that was so prone to breaking up.
Just a little heads up for you - looks good but builds terribly. Anyone who builds will know what I'm talking about during the construction process (there's too much reliance on 1 x wide by XX long bricks, so it's always going to be a bit wobbly).

There seems to be much more detail these days, and the recommended age can be applied here, look at the younger age ranges, these tend to take that into consideration.
We have some old sets that are a bit flimsy too though.

Got and build. My 5 and a half year old grandson built the cab himself with a bit of guidance from me. The trailer got left for me to do. Good deal.
