Just got this email from rakuten. First 200 people to use the code "IPAD" only get £29 off.
Looks like free delivery and £19 worth of rakuten points as well.
3.5% cashback available at topcashback too!
First time posting so be gentle, seems like a good deal as Apple stuff is never on offer particularly current gen like this. £429 on apples website.

Not that I am defending my deal or anything cause not really bothered but just out of interest Can I ask where you get the two years from. Always had apple phones and when I took one back after a year they charged me for repair :disappointed:
Website says 1 year too (not wanting to get into the whole fit for purpose/fault and point of manufacturer covered for 6 years/indefinitely conversation though LOL) http://www.apple.com/uk/legal/statutory-warranty/
Was just about to add the same, I know which I would buy, in fact did the last time this was on. The Apple one is a UK spec, the other could be non UK from what I remember with these deals. More likely to get the 2 year warranty with the UK one.
Cold for me even though I clicked hot I by mistake :disappointed:

Yeah I would buy Apple refurb too if was a lot cheaper than new. Would just wander about battery life maybe.
U.K. Spec is exactly the same spec just different plug which you get anyway . Warranty would be the same too.
Just thought 380-10.50 cashback (worth at least 22 if withdrawn to tesco club card and boosted) -19 off next rakuten spend makes it effectively 328.50 for a new one.
Not sure how the points work though

warranty may not be, if they are EU models they would be but just a watch out of they are from outside the EU you wont get the extra years warranty. Could even be an issue with getting the second years support on a non UK model.

Though it appears Apple were forced into 2years EU warranty so maybe the deal for an EU unit is better
Is this about the best deal for a Pad Air 2 refurb via Apple? I would prfer that option.
I bought an standard 16gb Ipad about 6 years ago refurb from apple. Still going strong. Wife just wants an updated version that's all as outgrowing it!

sadly someone posted the refurbs from apple last week and it went the way Apple deals go. We bought one a couple of weeks ago to replace an ipad 2 that was getting slower but we also bought as a refurb, have bought 4 in total and would buy again.

Plus 16GB iPad with the FAT iOS OS found in iOS 8, &/or in iOS 9 will KILL the whole of the 16GB by itself that Apple give you! (IF iOS 7 hasn't already done so already ..... )
32GB+ for any Apple iDevice from now on I reckon? (as 16GB could prove itself to be pure pants ..... ) :-(

Generally they are open box type grade or new returns. All come with direct Apple 12 month warranty as they would new.
