I stumbled across this deal earlier for a Hozelock Flexible Spray Gun at Wickes. I was looking for some other Hozelock attachments and saw this on their website for £4.99. All other retailers have it for £20 upwards. Amazon have it for £20.95 and the DIY sheds and local garden centres for anything between that and £30.
Note that the website says out of stock for delivery but going through to click and collect will bring up several major stores that have stock. I've just reserved and picked one up from the Derby branch (3no left) and looking through there's stock of 2-3 per store at many locations. I did note that they weren't on display at Derby so not sure where they were keeping them, but I had the confirmation email within 15 minutes and picked it up about 10 minutes later.
I know it's not for everyone, but the reviews are good and the saving is huge so I thought I'd share.

Hozelock items are pretty poor quality these days. I had a brand-new hose that lasted just one year. Bizarrely the Aldi hoses on special offer at the moment are much thicker and longer lasting.

I agree. My top of the range 'Ultra' gun lasted a year before it started leaking from the handle.

The site shows you all stores with stock available. 75% of stores don't but still a fair few are showing reasonable stock levels.
