Grab a bargain, I have one of these & it is a great DIY tool ( it has had plenty of use) don't know about it being trade rated - don't think so. 2 x 1.5Ah Li-ion batteries but they're fine & recharge in less than 40 mins. Paid £99.99 at B&Q for mine and I am always gutted when it comes on at this lower price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one for this money if mine packed in. 3 year warranty too.

I have one and think it cost me£120 when i got it in a sale last year.

Some reviews say that the chuck comes loose after drilling, not sure if that was just a bad batch. Anyone able to comment on that?

it does. this tool simply ages terrible. after a few months/ a year of day-to-day use the plastic part of the chuck will be loose, and every small part in general will look like it barely stays in place. kind of vauxhall quality. still works though

I've got this drill and my chuck comes loose sometimes after drilling. It's about 4 years old, it didn't do it straight out of the box but it's probably done it for the last 18/24 months. Apart from that it's a really good drill.

Great deal higher torque than a few more expensive manufactures equivalent models!

got a Hitachi and it has coped well. my only little gripe is the grip to tighten the chuck is not grippy enough. But it's coped well with most DIY. heat at this price. Think I got it for £100 a while back.
