Space saving 50 litre pedal dustbin in Tesco stores now £25. This bin cost between £33 - £50 from other retailers including eBay. Bought in a London store.
Seems good as it is rectangular making it take up less space (depth). Also has 5 year warranty. It's plastic with a metallic effect, but the benefit of this is that Curver claims there will be no dents, rust or finger prints, problems which are all too common with metallic bins.
I bought one and it seems good.
It's not available on the Tesco website and they claim the official RRP is £50 as seen on their website if you type in Curver Deco 50l

Seems ok for £25. The bottom is too light so when u stand on the pedal the whole bin rocks about. Other than that good bin

I bought the 40 litre version for £17.50 around Christmas. There were lots of offers on them around that time They are quite decent bins but I'm glad of the 5 year warranty as I'm not convinced that the lid catch will last that long.
