A common allergy is to SLS - most people treat dry skin caused by SLS with other products (that even have SLS in them) it is in toothpastes, bodywash, bubble bath, soap, shampoo, conditioners, laundry cleaners - SLS and its sisters are foaming agents.
They cause problems with the sensitive oral skin that are often misdiagnosed as having poor oral health even though their teeth look sparky clean.
Even some Johnstones baby products have SLS and related family members in them.
