if check before upgrading...you'd be surprised, people always overestimate power requirements

Seems like a good and decent psu. When I got my first 120mm fan it made such a difference in noise. Then the first modular made the case so much tidier.

Seems ok for the money. The jonnyguru teardowns are typically very good. You could do a lot worse if you are on a tight budget, but don't skimp too much on the PSU.
I would always probably spring for a near top of the line PSU, just because it is certainly one thing that you could potentially keep for a decade and multiple builds if you choose wisely. EVGA Supernova G2 comes highly recommended from me with near immaculate build quality and parts, it's got a 7 warranty too!

I've the 550w one and it was able to handle 980ti so they are pretty well built. The G2 is better but twice the price almost.
