No it's a set price £5.35 per joint. Joints are between 900g and 1100g

It was reduced to this price at my local a couple of weeks ago - I waited to see if it would drop further in price - went back up to £8 on Wednesday :-(

Okay price for a frozen joint. Hope it is Welsh Lamb, fed up with eating tasteless New Zealand Lamb. British/Welsh Lamb is miles better, I really don't understand why most British Lamb is sent abroad and we end up with New Zealand Lamb, weeks and weeks old, shipped from thousands of miles, half frozen and then defrosted, which is then sold in our supermarkets.

I'm Welsh and very proud of it, but I've given up on Welsh lamb because of its cost. And the joints I've bought have been terrible.
I'm all for supporting the local farmers, but with the ridiculous prices they charge and the inconsistency of their meat, I just can't justify the extra expense.
