For the reasons of it never needing a battery replacement and being atomic make this worth the cash alone. The fact it is also a looker makes this a hot deal.

Try as I might it looks like I've no hope of getting the correct presentation box but thankfully since the watch was delivered in perfect condition I decided to keep it. Been into a Goldsmiths branch and had them cut the strap to size for me (didn't want any mess up's doing it myself!) also a £40 cheque is on the way by way of compensation, so all things considered £160 for a £500 watch is more than agreeable result.

Just an update for everyone.
Since last week I have been in contact with both Goldsmiths and Citizen via email and I should commend both companies on there aftermarket customer services.
After explaining my issues to them Goldsmiths have now partially refunded my account with a £40 payment to cover the cost of a replacement strap due to the small scuff on it. As mentioned before the rest of the watch is in perfect condition so this was only a minor issue.
Citizen have also been able to send out a replacement black presentation box to my nearest Goldsmiths branch so I am able to go in and swap my Red Arrows box for the correct box which completed the limited edition aspect of the purchase.
So the moral of the story is I have ended up with what I originally intended to purchase in perfect condition for the even better deal of £160 thanks to both the OP, Goldsmiths and Citizen UK.

Finally got mine from the clutches of DX courier. Perfect condition, with black display box. The aluminium description plate says limited to 2500 etc but boasts a genuine crocodile strap so I suspect that these are display models where some of the bits have got mixed up. The results are in .... the watch is in perfect condition.
There were no transparent protective stickers on the face or back, though there was a black paper clasp protection strip in place.
The elastic string and tag was attached.
Like everyone else, the box is the wrong (red) one.
There was a little dab of blutack remains on the underside of the top which indicates that at some point the box had been on display no doubt showing off some other watch.
The card has the wrong number of 559, if you have that watch then let me know and I'll send you the card.
I'd be pleased to hear from you if you happen to have card 578!
As for the watch, it's fab! Much better than I expected. Scary shortening the band in case I messed up but the result looks neat (used a Stanley & steel rule).
The incorrect case doesn't bother me because I can't see myself selling it any time soon, specially as shortening the band somewhat limits who else it's going to fit and to replace with an original no doubt is pretty pricy.

Mine delivered today, no clear protective film top or bottom and no paperwork, sent in a box clearly meant for a different watch. Mine arrived this afternoon, suspicions are that it is a returned item although I seem to be lucky and it has no damage, an uncut strap and the limited edition number is both the same on the card and the back of the watch. Only issue seems to be it arrived in the Red Arrows box which takes away from it being limited edition. I will email them this evening and let you all know what they say!

I used it constantly for maybe 4 years. And then bought a Longines which i wear everyday. The citizen I just like wearing on holiday, can use it at the beach in the pool and looks smart. I did, last year, manage to damage my chain while doing some heavy lifting and despite the watch not being under warranty Citizen customer service arranged for a free repair and an added bonus was they replaced my watch screen for free (they discovered it had a very fine scratch on it). Nice watch but I don't think the bracelet is titanium as advertised. I think it's rubber with titanium bits in it.

I have contacted them. If they can offer me an incentive to keep it I will. Otherwise I will return
I own a very similar (almost too similar to justify my purchase!) black dial AT8010-58E I bought on Amazon 2 years ago and that came with plastic film on the face.
Not sure...
Received mine today, the engraved number is 82/2500 but the card that I got with it is 0597/2500...hmm!
Really gutted
Can't decide if its the right decision or not!
I think you're not meant to go that deep until you have more experience, but it didn't bother me.
Had problems using Chrome but was fine ordering using Firefox.
Would have voted hot if I could...
EDIT: Just noticed it is now unavailable....did I get the last one?
tempted, however I've enough watches as it is... but so tempted to buy another in the sale
heat added BTW
Just read T&C and it says non sale items only.
Unfortunately you can't use them on sale items.
Thanks OP.
Nothing I don't like about this tbh.
Tempting though, it's a darn good watch for the money
Supposed to be exclusive to Goldsmiths but obviously not

:-(
I'm still tempted though.
I bet by the time I get it this deal will be gone. I am considering getting it regardless though.
If you trust me I can check it for you if you want to PM me your student code?

and it says this
STRAP/BRACELET MATERIAL Rubber strap, Titanium bracelet
The titanium is the clasp underneath
Not a fan personally as the holes cut into the rubber weaken it, it will last a few years tops and then you'll be trying to find a replacement that fits well/neatly.
Super Hot!! Cheers OP
Water Resistant not proof!
BTW, nice watch. Does anyone know if you can get this with a leather strap? Voted hot.
It is possible to technical divers to go deeper than 200m (700ft) with closed circuit rebreathers. This sort of ultra-deep diving requires extraordinarily high levels of training, experience, fitness and surface support in the form of decompression chambers.
Nice looking watch. Far nicer than the Skyhawk posted recently.
