That has happened to me twice, the second time was last week when they told me they hadn't got the £1 chain breaker I'd reserved.
Halfords always seem to have problems finding my reservations when I go to collect them, with the staff seeming clueless about the system.
I've had some good bargains from them though.

I've reserved nice water bottles before from Halfords only to turn up and they didn't exist.

I ordered a 2nd one earlier and the same thing happened,but when they rang they said we could choose another one instore and only pay a pound as they have none of the pound ones left,result :smile:
