I'm usually a medium in Castelli/Rapha, small in DHB/Sugoi, but I recently bought an Altura night vision jersey and even the small is quite big on me!

Merlin, sometimes cheap, but worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I'll stick to Wiggle, CRC and Evans.

Agree, but when a simple £12 chain didn't turn up, they refused to refund, or even send a replacement until 14 working days had passed, and then when that had passed, told me I had to wait until RM returned due to their system entering the wrong address. All other places I've had similar issues with replaced or refunded no questions asked. Shame, as I've had decent deals from them, but proof of the pudding is when things don't go as planned.

Ah right, must admit I've never had to deal with customer services as everything I've ordered turns up next day, I use them a lot as they have some great deals on, but I suppose if something did go wrong and I had an issue like that it would put me off, fingers crossed it doesn't because it's the place I buy most of my cycling gear now :smiley:
