They also have a quite a few free gift offers & these can be combined with the discount. I picked up 2 REN Rosa Centifolia 3-In-1 Cleansing Water 200ml for £10.40 each (instead of £13) added the REN
Super Hero Kit to my basket worth £32 & by using code T233592G got it for free, so £58 of products for £20.80.

I tried doing this earlier but system won't remove cost of 'free' gift, even though I've ordered 2 Ren products amongst other things. I tried the 'code' way and the 'product' way..no joy!

Were the 2 REN products you ordered Mini Body Wash Gift Sets? I think they're the only product in the range that isn't eligible, though it's a little misleading since it sounds like you can add any product from their range to receive the free gift :disappointed: All of the other REN products explicitly say about the free gift offer when you click on them, but the body wash set doesn't.
I chatted with one of their live help assistants and they said:
I wouldn't hold them to that, but you can still contact them via the live chat and see what they say :smiley:

I've just done it by searching for the product and adding to bag. It's automatically deducted it off the price.

i had a similar issue and spoke to m&s livechat. After placing the order, they did refund the amount of the free gift.
