Heat. Purchased for my 18year old niece who is always out dancing wild eyed with her friends and always pestering me for chewing gum for some reason.

Surprisingly, I find Primark the best place for gum. Mentos 45 piece gum tubs usually £1 at the tills.

Wrigleys spearmint chewing gum contains Aspartame, marketed as Nutrasweet, Spoonful, Canderel and Equal.
It is a common additive in many diet foods & drinks (E number E951).
It is made up of three chemicals: Aspartic acid (40%), Phenylalanine (50%), & Methanol (10%).
It is a poisonous, carcinogenic sugar replacement that is a neurotoxin which has been shown to cause brain tumours in mice & rats.
Regular consumption gradually reduces brain serotonin levels leading to depression & many other complex illnesses.
Various worldwide authorities continue to insist these products are safe consumed in small quantities.
Consuming regular doses of a neurotoxin, cannot be a sensible health choice in anyone's diet.
Aspartames use is not restricted to chewing gum and now appears in many popular diet & non diet foods.
The health effects of aritificial sweeteners are a goldmine for the pharmaceutical industries making a plethora of products for a variety of health conditions induced by consuming such products. http://preventdisease.com/news/12/011112_Exposed-85_percentt-of-Major-Brands-of-Chewing-Gum-Contain-Aspartame-and-Sucralose.shtml
