I presume we (I work at Waitrose) will be selling an awful lot of these, some of the choices will sell out fairly quickly, I would advise you to not muck about if you want a particular choice.

I think it is quite similar, the difference is that here you can choose if you want a starter or a dessert (in M&S you have only the dessert to choose) and wine or chocolate (in M&S you can choose 1 bottle of wine or 2 bottles of beer or a soft drink).

I think the fact that the range of wines on offer from Waitrose is larger, and indeed better, makes this the deal to go for.
If that sort of thing is important to you of course.

I like the M&S deal but I think this Waitrose deal is superior in a few ways.
Far greater selection of wines and drinks, or you can choose some (very nice) chocolates.
Desserts are about the same as M&S but you can choose a starter instead if you prefer.
I think the quality of the Waitrose food is a little better than M&S over all.
We had this last night and the selection we had was excellent value and very tasty. We choose the "Waitrose British chicken drumsticks with ras el hanout, lemon & apricot" and there was 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs in the pack.

Bought 3 Angus Steak Pies deals today (lovely pies!). That's lunch for the family sorted for Sunday. The bonus Was a £7 discount off £40 voucher!
