Be aware, memory foam isn't very breathable, so if you're a hot sleeper you might wake in floods of sweat.
The fact you sink into this and it moulds around you also makes it harder to turn in your sleep, potentially disrupting your sleep patterns.

When I hit REM I dont move, my lungs struggle too, but I cant sleep on a hard one, the 7 zone silentnight is soft/medium firm but I assure you its very uncomfortably firm.

Is this any better than the £70 amazon one which has 4.5 stars?
Ive got one of these and its super comfortable, quite firm so you dont fully sink into it. It came in a roll and when you open it and leave it overnight it takes shape and is then good to go. Its currently 99 reduced from 300 so a good deal. Plus its free delivery which is a bonus
