I always find taking a few Imodium can work well, saves buying new stuff.

HOT HOT HOT (especially the Dynamite hot variety).
Might get a few tins for in the cupboard for jacket potatoes (normally mix 1 tin of Dynamite hot and 1 tin of vegetable between my wife and myself).

Will stock up on this as following the slimming world plan & this is syn free, so with a jacket potato it will make a nice, quick & easy low fat meal

So we have:
Mince - the cheapest bits of meat
Stagg - the cheapest bits of mince
Vegetable - cheaper than meat
And somehow it's still considered edible?
Buy some cheap mince, a tin of pulped tomatoes, an onion, a tin of kidney beans and some chilli powder (,cumin, paprika, garlic) and and make a batch of chilli up yourself so you know what's in it? :stuck_out_tongue: I'd be surprised if it was any/much dearer (I'll admit, maybe is a little more once you start adding spices) and you aren't eating overly processed crap.
We've all been there, don't get me wrong (student days) but it's super easy to make something nicer than this cheaply.
