That's because it isn't South West trains that services that route.

I can't see these prices?
I tried online, April 27th leaving Westbury after 9am to Paddington and returning after 8pm...day return was £129.20!
I was trying to buy 2 tickets so not sure if the above price was for both... But still not £15!

That is because Westbury to Paddington is operated by GWR.
The new South West Trains services that run from Waterloo to Wesbury, Castle Cary and Yeovil Pen Mill may be valid, as well as services from Waterloo to Salisbury and beyond towards Exeter St Davids.

The Southwest trains site is a mess, for a deal like this they should have a dedicated link. It does appear that you can only use a route that is totally dedicated to Southwest trains, yet the site gives you ticketing availability via other companies also, and even then it's pot luck when they are offering the £15 fares
I just tried London to Portsmouth on Thursday 17th March and got £15 return, however if I went the other way around from Portsmouth to London return that day it would be £31.70.
So it would appear there are £15 fares there but pot luck getting them and hard work finding them

If you have a contactless debit card you can use it the same as an Oyster card and save yourself a few quid.

Just tried a journey tomorrow, came up with the offer price, tried the same journey towards the end of April and didn't discount the price...
