Absolutely - and one of the many reasons customers are ditching Tesco for Aldi and Lidl.
It's all about trust - and you certainly can't trust Tesco!

How exactly are you determining this is the normal price? Mysupermarket say it's been £1.50 for roughly 3 weeks in the past year (52 weeks) and £2.65 for about 2/3rds of the year. It seems more than reasonable to therefore give it an RRP of £2.65...

The carrot cake is not too bad but not a patch on the stuff they sell by the slice in Sainsburys or Morrisons.

I take it that those you refer to are more expensive than the those the OP is referring to, so not really a valid comparison in my opinion. At £1.50 these are good value for money. Have some heat!:smiley:
