Screwfix has several door handles/levers on offer.

Probably have to pay full price for matching levers with locks or key cut outs, £15.99

Some are part of kits that incudes the hinges and laches, and makes them cheaper than the levers on their own. I think the offer may be valid untill tomorrow.

We were just looking at these and they seemed good for the price but we were put off by the size of the back plate
