I can confirm, Cex don't have separate listings for Selects titles. They have A Link Between Worlds with Selects packaging for the exact same price :wink:

I love CoolShop and bought a few things from them, but my bank sent me a new debit card because their website had been reported as fraudulent by other Barclays customers. I've never had a problem with orders or missing money but something to be wary of!

But that is more than Coolshops £17.95 in the main post.

The postage would take it over to £20.

It would make sense to buy a small thing to make up £20.


My point is Nintendo Land Select version for £18 is not very good price, not much saving from the original. Whereas, the other 5 titles do have a much bigger price differences. If anyone need Nintendo Land, just go for it now, not worth wait 1 month for the Selects. If do not mind 2nd hand, you can get it 2nd hand today for around £10.

And if you only want brand new, you do not have Amazon prime, and the £2 price difference is important, then wait 1 month for the Selects. or wait for some seller discount the original version.

Notice how Amazon don't have these listed for pre-order yet? They're probably trying to sell the non-select versions off at vastly inflated prices before these are released next month.

Yeah, I often feel similarly, even though keeping the money in your hands for longer is, logically, the more beneficial option.

Sorry if I sound a bit silly... But does 'select' mean that it's not the same size/spec game as the regular priced one? My boys have wanted this for ages but I didn't want to spend £40 on it... Will they be disappointed with this?

its a good game, personally i'm not a big fan of the new 2d marios, prefer the mario world/land stuff, but my boys love it.. and I don't think you will get a better price.

Ah, okay. Well, again, the games are very different but I'd hope that he should also enjoy Super Mario Bros U - if only for some variety! One word of warning, though - the other part of the package, Super Luigi U, is very much more challenging!

My youngest has been obsessed with Mario & sonic Olympics for years (so much so that we've bought the 2012 one 3 times because it was used so much). However, I'm not prepared to spend that much on a game so maybe as a consolation prize the super Mario one will do??

They're very different games... but for my money, I'd recommend the Super Mario Bros U + Super Luigi U package.

Get Lego City, got to be one of the best games i have played, excellent humor, GTA for kids, its just brilliant you and your kids will love it.
