Nice looking watch with a leather strap.
The box that comes with these watches are plain generic box, i would personally pay the extra £4 for an official Seiko watch box http://www.creationwatches.com/products/accessories-294/seiko-box-3758.html

Used them to buy my wife a present at Christmas. Didn't pay any import duty, they marked the parcel as a 'measuring device' (which isn't inaccurate!) with a low value.

No import duty and as Whitedot said marked as measuring device.I think my Seiko watch arrived within 5 days which i was very surprised at considering it came from the Far East.

Nothing like a bit of illegal tax evasion. Heat added.

I'm pretty sure Seiko's are made at the same factory as Rolex.

Fairly certain they aren't. Seiko even make their own ink. Many (even "luxury" brand watches) use ETA movements part of the Swatch group. They supply Cartier and Breitling for example. Seiko are a much loved brand amongst the watch fraternity.
I bought something similar from Argos that was posted here 2 years ago.
Tempted to get this one now!

Nice one ...... didn't need a new Seiko to add to the three I already own.... but I thought it would of been rude not to....... besides.... I haven't got one with a leather strap :man:

Rolex are known for wanting to be self sufficient (or at least used to be, unless you have a source of this changing?)
